Russian Doll

To celebrate the start of spring I decided to go full color. This is outfit probably combines more color than I wore in last 10 to 12 years. I must confess that I enjoy playing with color more and more.
I also diceded to give this outfit a folklore spin and bring out my Russian roots.
Nothing too old school, though, with my neon Primark extentions in my milk braid and some neon accessories. The dress that I'm wearing is from Zara. I bought it last year, but haven't had the chance to wear it yet. The first warm days seemed as a perfect occasion.
To not completely look like a walking circus I decided to wear a beige trench. I just love the pleats on the back, but sitting is a bit less practical. I'm a maniac when it comes wrinkles, so it's a battle every time I have to get up.
The pictures were taken by the lovely Annebeth at the Antwerp harbour. The sun was just about to set and we also had to hurry to the River Island event. We still had a great time (Annebeth, you so funny!). Only walking on pavements in heels, even kitten heels, proves to be hilarious every time.

So, you may call this outfit 'Neon Babushka', na zdorovie!

Isn't it romantic?!
